Develop advanced new applications and subsystems for ultra-high powered LEDs
- Responsible for creating prototypes which illustrate PhlatLight LED applications using advanced Luminus and external technologies and working with R&D elements of external suppliers and existing Luminus divisions (engineering, products and sales) to incorporate their concepts
- Advanced degree in engineering or the physical sciences with industrial experience in new product development and prototyping required
- Proven record of developing new products/prototypes for revenue generation and the ability to coordinate internal and external resources effectively
- Familiarity with power packaging technology and SolidWorks
- Program management experience
