Manage a product line of LEDs based PhlatLight technology. Primary goal is driving the introduction of a multitude of new products into the marketplace.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining detailed product requirements, analyzing competitive products and positioning, initiating and guiding the NPI process, coordinating sampling activities, managing customer notification and approval for product changes, handling product-related RMA issues, analyzing cost and market pricing and guiding cost reduction intiatives, creating and maintaining collateral, and determining and negotiating product support requirements and specifications with customers
- B.A./B.S. degree in engineering or similar discipline and 5+ years product management experience in LED industry required
- Deep understanding of LED technology and applications
