Manage both the technical development and initial product development of ultra high power UV LEDs
- Responsible for working with R&D and Engineering groups to develop ultra-high power UV LEDs for curing applications over the 365-400nm wavelength range, working with potential customers and formulation developers to define chip and subsystem opportunities for LEDs, and developing new chip and package designs needed for UV curing applications in coatings, printings, adhesives and automotive applications
- Advanced degree in Engineering or the physical sciences with industrial experience in new product development and prototyping and a proven record of developing new products/prototypes for revenue generation required
- Background in UV applications and familiarity with chemistries related to UV curing and LED and power packaging technology
