Serve as first line inside sales contact for phone, email and web site inquiries from customers and act as focal point within Luminus for all sales-related administration and order management.
- Responsible for generating quotations for standard products and maintaining quote log as required; receiving purchase orders, generating sales orders and disseminating sales order information; working with Luminus data systems (including Intuitive and Omnify) as primary sales entry person; and maintaining ISO compliance
- Distribute data sheets, specifications, and other customer interface documents; route customer inquiries for technical response; coordinate product shipments with operations team, generate RMA numbers and coordinate returns; expedite orders; and assist with forecasting and other financial reporting
- Bachelors degree and 3+ years of related experience in component sales environment required
- Experience with coordinated shipping (international level is a plus) and Intuitive ERP system, and skilled at Excel, Powerpoint and other electronic tools
