Keep product flowing in the foundry to allow the sustaining engineers to focus on yield and process improvements
- Responsible for understanding LED processes well enough to release process and yield holds without direction in most cases; managing MRB/NCMR process; creating and modifying work instructions; and supervising experiments under minimal supervision and after minimal training
- Engineering degree and 5+ years experience in semiconductor manufacturing required
