Accounts Payable Assistant

Part-time with flexible hours (about 20 per week)

  • Responsible for matching POs, packing slips and invoices; filing; opening AP mail; matching weekly check runs; reconciling of credit cards and expense reports; calling vendors for statements and missing invoices; and completing other projects as needed
  • Office experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office software (particularly Word, Excel and Outlook) required
  • Database familiarity and experience also a plus, but not necessary
